Trucordia is looking for a Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager responsible for growing our business—driving production and customer success outcomes including retention and relationship expansion.
The Senior Account Manager will provide excellent customer service by ensuring all client needs are met while engaging in cross-selling, account rounding, and developing new business. They will build relationships to understand client and prospect needs and provide solutions that effectively protect their risks. This role involves managing, retaining, and growing a diverse book of commercial lines accounts, including middle market accounts such as real estate, construction, GCs and Trade Contractors, manufacturers, tech companies, professional lines, and other classes of business.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
