Position Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, client-focused Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This individual will manage and grow strategic client relationships with large healthcare organizations, focusing on health plans and payer entities. The ideal candidate will bring industry experience, healthcare analytics knowledge, and a consultative approach to client engagement. This role is vital for driving client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring MedInsight’s solutions deliver maximum value to support client business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, understanding their objectives, operational context, and analytics needs.
- Establish and maintain executive relationships within payer organizations, fostering long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual value.
- Lead client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure alignment, value realization, and satisfaction.
Strategic Account Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to craft tailored proposals based on evolving client needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of MedInsight’s product offerings to communicate value and identify suitable solutions.
Client Advocacy & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the client internally, working with Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Provide feedback from clients to guide product enhancements and innovation.
- Help define and refine best practices and account management processes within the team.
Data & Analytics Expertise
- Guide clients on leveraging MedInsight’s healthcare analytics tools, supporting executive strategies with industry expertise.
- Interpret client analytic needs and translate them into solutions using MedInsight’s capabilities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting, preferably in healthcare analytics or technology.
- Strong knowledge of the payer landscape and healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial plans, TPAs, and ACOs.
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and technical leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CAHIMS, CPXP) preferred.
- Experience with digital sales tools such as CRM, digital sales rooms, project management software, etc.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with healthcare data platforms, population health tools, or analytics applications.
- Familiarity with industry metrics and frameworks like HEDIS, risk adjustment, and value-based models.
- Background in consulting, health plans, or health tech organizations is highly preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $93,700 - $185,400, with variations based on location and experience.
Location
This role is remote within the US, with an application deadline of June 30, 2025.
