Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive long-term growth across multiple accounts. You will guide strategic planning, manage budgets, and coordinate with strategy, creative and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

The role demands clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a track record of mentoring teams while ensuring projects meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 5-7 years of account management experience.
• Experience leading large accounts or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with integrated campaigns and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot and Google Workspace preferred.

What You'll Do Here

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
