As our Account Manager, you will lead and scale our commercial facility operations across campus.
Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee routine cleaning, venue preparation, and game-day setups as our lead Account Manager.
Team Leadership: Direct, coach, and retain 35-40 team members and shift supervisors to keep operations running smoothly across all shifts.
Financial & Budget Control: Oversee operational budgets, labor allocation, and supply management to consistently hit account financial KPIs.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary Account Manager for athletics and facility contacts, delivering top-tier communication and solutions.
Strategic Growth: Work closely with regional leadership to support account expansion and operational growth.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; 2-5+ years of progressive management experience in commercial janitorial, university campus, venue, or facility management.
Leadership Drive: Demonstrated success leading 30+ team members, coaching workflows, and driving operational efficiency.
Financial & Tech Acumen: Solid skills in budgeting and forecasting, paired with proficiency in enterprise tools (MS Office, HRIS, CRM).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (a short writing assessment is required during interview steps).
