Qualifications

• 5+ years of influencer marketing or social media agency experience.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end campaigns for enterprise brands.
• Strong presentation and senior stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with influencer discovery, vetting, and campaign tools.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset linking metrics to business impact.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project scopes from brief to delivery and KPI alignment.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact with strategic guidance.
• Translate objectives into internal briefs for Strategy, Creative, and Execution.
• Oversee influencer sourcing and talent alignment with brand goals.
• Negotiate deals, terms, and usage rights to maximize value.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and risks, escalating where needed.
• Review content for brand integrity and performance alignment.
• Lead post-campaign reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and support growth.
• Stay ahead of platform updates and creator trends.
