Senior Account Handler
£45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) TN postcode
Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected insurance broker as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Account Handler to join their established and friendly commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a designated portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted first point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £200,000.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and general policy queries.
• Liaise confidently with clients via phone and email.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Demonstrate the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and stay proactive to be successful in the role.
