• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years, with five or more preferred, in a related field.
• ERP system experience required, SAP preferred.
• Ability to navigate complex business issues in a fast paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer demand by entering new orders, communicating delivery dates and explaining backorders.
• Investigating and resolving inquiries related to order fulfillment, debits, credits and returns within policy.
• Monitoring open orders and scheduled shipments to meet customer expectations.
• Analyzing demand changes week over week impacting revenue and shipments.
• Coordinating and leading activities between accounts and departments to solutions.
• Implementing continuous improvement projects to improve sales and customer processes.
• Providing voice-of-customer inputs to management using scorecards and KPIs.
• Acting as a lead within the team including interviewing and coaching.
• Traveling to key customers for annual business reviews.
