Who You Are

You are an IT sales professional with a few years of experience, passionate about selling, developing client relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You have quickly risen to the top of your sales class with your proven ability to face challenges and your competitive drive.

You are tired of prospecting in an oversaturated territory with limited growth opportunities. You seek a role that offers the freedom to create your own success.

About The Role

You will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating new business and building strong client relationships. We will provide coaching and tools to support your success within a growing company with career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
  2. Generate opportunities using various sales techniques.
  3. Use a solution-focused approach to create value for clients.
  4. Build rapport with key decision-makers.
  5. Drive revenue and develop a robust pipeline.
  6. Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM, including daily/weekly activities, pipeline, and forecast.
  7. Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  8. Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
  9. Identify and escalate security risks, contributing to remediation efforts.
  10. Perform other duties as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
  1. Minimum two (2) years of relevant IT sales experience.
  2. Field-based sales experience at a VAR is a plus.
  3. Experience selling top IT infrastructure and/or security solutions.
  4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  5. Strong business acumen to identify client needs and position solutions effectively.

Candidates must reside in the United States and be based in the San Diego, CA area. This is a remote position.

Compensation

In NYC, the base salary range is $90,000 - $100,000, plus profit-sharing bonuses and commissions. Compensation varies in other locations.
