About the Role

As Senior Account Executive at ZenGRC, you will own your territory, impact growth, and work with a collaborative team of top performers. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in a company disrupting the GRC space with innovation and customer-centricity.

What You Will Do
  • Control your earning potential with an uncapped commission structure.
  • Join during a pivotal growth phase, with expectations to double revenue this year.

  • Build and nurture relationships with information security leaders.
  • Leverage your GRC expertise to position solutions strategically.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying GRC software or technology sales experience.
  • Proven success selling to information security personnel such as CISOs.
  • Strong product demonstration skills and a hands-on sales approach.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 + bonus based on base + OTE.
