Jeeves in North America is seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to close high-value clients and scale our North America sales organization. This full-time remote role reports to the Country Manager and covers the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in sales or business development, fluent in English and Spanish, and experience with B2B fintech or cross-border solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with experience in North America and Latin America in B2B sales.
• Top tier consulting or investment banking experience early in career and fintech/cross-border exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire high-quality new clients through outbound strategies (hunting) and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and build a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to improve conversion rates.
• Present professionally to CFOs, Partners, and Business Owners across North America and LATAM.
