Sun Recruiting, Inc. in New York is seeking a virtual based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms.

You will generate and qualify leads, manage client relationships, present proposals, and close deals with a compensation plan that includes a strong OTE.

The role demands a proven sales record, an existing Rolodex with law firms, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms.
• Proven success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads toward profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision.
• Plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to training programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with law firms within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities and maintain materials.
• Manage cases with customer service and improve client satisfaction.

• Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in person.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
