Job description

Senior Account Executive (HVACR - Remote)

Copeland, a global leader in climate technologies, is seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to join our Channel Services team. This remote role focuses on strengthening relationships within the HVAC industry across the Central Midwest region, working with authorized wholesalers and contractors in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
  • Provide technical support and expertise on Copeland products to wholesalers and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, reporting, and market analysis.
  • Lead training sessions and promote technical education on Copeland products.
  • Manage customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and identify new market opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Technical sales experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
  • Preferred experience as a Refrigeration technician.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Technical knowledge of Copeland and competitor products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a base salary of $110,000-$130,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience. We provide competitive benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and flexible work arrangements.
