The Role:

Launch is seeking a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record of selling IT consulting and professional services into the financial services sector. This high-impact role will focus on driving strategic business growth, securing new enterprise-level accounts, and expanding relationships across executive, operational, and procurement stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will convey client prerequisites to our internal teams, contribute to talent acquisition, evaluate recommended consultants, and offer invaluable feedback. Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue growth and consistently exceed sales quotas through strategic account acquisition and expansion

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Launch Consulting methodologies, case studies, and partnerships and present differentiated positioning to all levels of management

• Develop and adhere to a sales plan for targeting and penetrating new business

• Complete all aspects of the business development cycle including prospecting/cold calls,

presentation, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and relationship development

• Identify and pursue association memberships within the business community to promote Launch Consulting and develop business for the company

• Work closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritizing client’s IT requirements

• Provide detailed requirements/information to internal employees

• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the hiring process

• Utilize a CRM database in a professional, accurate, and timely manner

Necessary Skills and Abilities

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical & negotiation experience

• Understanding of the local business environment

• Expertise developing an IT solutions business coupled with exceptional relationship management skills

• Proven capability in developing business for delivery of Internet, Intranet, Extranet, software and/or professional consulting services

• Must be able to identify key decision-makers within organizations, present a clear, concise case for partnering with Launch and close business through superior customer service

• Must be able to develop strong relationships with all levels of internal and external management and be comfortable negotiating terms of business in both fast-paced entrepreneurial and largescale organizations

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in Business, Management, or related field

• 7-10+ years of successful sales experience in the financial sector with a focus on IT consulting, digital transformation, or professional services

• Demonstrated success in closing deals ($5M to $20M+ annually) and managing complex sales cycles

• Demonstrated consecutive quarterly and yearly quota achievement in complex selling environments utilizing a solution selling model

• Anticipated base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
