Location: Remote within NYC

ABOUT US

Spaceback is the global leader and creator of Social Display and SocialCTV.

The Spaceback Social Display creative format bridges the gap between social media and the broader digital world. Spaceback’s platform allows advertisers to combine the user experience of social with the reach and efficiency of programmatic display, OLV, and CTV channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, building relationships, and driving sales. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and growing partnership revenue over time.

A typical day may include:

  1. Identify potential new clients through existing network / prospecting tools and nurture existing clients as assigned.
  2. Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Spaceback.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to understand if potential clients fit Spaceback’s Ideal Client Profile.
  4. Establish and build strategic relationships with key decision makers at agencies, trading desks, and in-house brand teams.
  5. Present Spaceback to clients, tailoring each presentation to match the specific brand needs and demonstrating how Spaceback can help achieve business goals.
  6. Strengthen client relationships by maintaining regular communication through platform feature updates and other relevant information to the agency/brand.
  7. Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to contribute to product improvements.
  8. Track all outreach and client activities in CRM.

ABOUT YOU

  1. 5+ years of sales experience within digital marketing.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Works well independently.
  4. Strong sales skills, including: prospecting, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  5. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
  6. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  7. Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality client interactions.
  8. Programmatic expertise is strongly preferred.
