Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying role with track record of overachievement through demand generation and intelligent territory management.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to a technical audience.
- Track record of acquiring new logos, ideally in the digital native segment.
- Strong technical background or experience in selling data infrastructure, ideally DB and Search technology. Experience in monetising open-source technology is a big plus.
- Independent and motivated by new challenges & comfortable with a fast growth environment.

Responsibilities:
- Acquisition: Build and scale our AI/Digital native and Enterprise customer base whilst securing new logos by demonstrating the value Qdrant can bring to them.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospective customers to nurture and grow them by understanding their needs and translating them into value-adding engagements at all levels in the territory.
- GTM Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for your territory and successfully execute against it to achieve significant growth.
- Collaborate: Work with other teams such as Marketing, DevRel, and Product to share insights and refine offerings.
- Engage and Educate: Use your technical knowledge of Qdrant and tie it back to the value to the customer at the C-Suite and Engineering levels to prove Qdrant’s value from a business and technical perspective.

Technical Implementation Role:
Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years in a technical implementation, systems engineering, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python and/or GoLang.
- Familiarity with database technologies, including vector databases and search systems like Elasticsearch or Solr.
- Experience working with open-source technologies and contributing to them.
- Ability to script and automate infrastructure tasks.
- Background in AI or machine learning applications, such as recommendation systems or NLP.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the deployment and configuration of Qdrant’s technologies on various cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
- Support customers in setting up scalable and secure environments tailored to their use cases.
- Assist with infrastructure design and optimization to ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of Qdrant solutions.
- Provide support for containerization, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud integrations.
- Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Qdrant.
- Build and present proof-of-concept implementations that align with customer requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during the integration and deployment process.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues requiring engineering input.
- Work with the Cloud Engineering Team to incorporate feedback from customer interactions into product development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical guidance when necessary.
Product Marketing Role:
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience targeted at a technical audience.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong technical background and/or experience in positioning databases, search engines, and/or vector search technology.
- Strong content writing and content marketing experience.
- Experience as a data scientist or software engineer is a plus; Experience in sales enablement is a plus; Independent and motivated by new challenges; Data-driven and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a robust product marketing function, driving strategic product positioning and maximizing adoption across key customer profiles.
- Craft clear, compelling value propositions and positioning strategies that resonate with users at every stage of their journey, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
- Create and execute tailored product marketing strategies for both Sales-led and Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, positioning Qdrant as the go-to solution in the vector database space.
- Develop a suite of high-impact content, collateral materials, and resources that empower the GTM team to effectively drive product adoption, user engagement, and market success.
- Collaborate closely with GTM, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive positioning, strategic alignment, and clear communication of priorities.
