Summary

We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans, acting as a professional conduit between Hiebing teams and clients to ensure strategic outcomes and open communication. The role requires a deep understanding of target markets, client’s business, industry, and competitors. The Senior Account Executive will play a key role in strategic planning, executing aspects independently, and developing strong client relationships to grow business through strategic insights. They will oversee and mentor junior staff to ensure workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality work, integrity, excellence, and positive energy.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Lead major projects from a client perspective and oversee marketing plan executions across multiple clients.
  2. Serve as internal project lead and target market authority within a client group.
  3. Establish strategic direction for client brands and develop planning documents and strategies.
  4. Champion creative work while representing target and client’s business at all phases.
  5. Identify opportunities to add value and solve problems proactively.
  6. Train teammates on translating client needs into project briefs, timelines, budgets, and strategic inputs.
  7. Lead or initiate tough conversations to keep projects on track and uphold high standards.
  8. Obtain client approval at key stages, involving agency staff as needed.
  9. Drive synergy among Hiebing teams (Digital, PR, Social, Insights, Creative, Media).
  10. Manage client budgets and oversee billing, ensuring profitability and accuracy.
  11. Supervise, guide, and train Account staff.
  12. Participate in internal committees and new business pitches.
Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of agency or brand management experience and a desire to grow.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • Ability to understand emotional motivations of target markets to foster brand devotion.
  • Strong input for project kickoffs and reviews.
  • Strategic and tactical flexibility to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Excellent detail management, self-starting, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, integrity, and a “We Before Me” philosophy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence Monday-Wednesday.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
