Role

We’re looking for an experienced account executive to own the territory for our residential business. You’ll be stepping into a large, established book of business and are expected to grow it through new logo acquisition and growth of existing accounts. Experience selling solutions to the multifamily industry is essential, and experience with enterprise customers (NMHC Top 50) is preferred. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in real estate, finance, or software sales is a plus
  • Self-starter interested in collaborating with VP to improve existing processes
  • Ability to manage inbound lead pipeline and outbound lead generation
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar tools preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; able to interface with debt brokers, CFOs, and insurance underwriters
  • Able to make a business case for using a financing product
  • Thrives in a quickly evolving environment
  • Solution-oriented seller
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders to close deals
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Base Salary

The base salary range is $105,000 - $120,000 annually, with OTE at $180,000 - $230,000. Final offer amounts depend on experience, expertise, location, and current market data.
