Role Overview

We are seeking strategic and highly motivated Senior Account Executives in New York and Boston.

What You Will Do
  1. Join the US Sales team, responsible for individual revenue contribution during a key growth period.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with agency and brand personnel to maximize in-game ad revenues.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, developing contacts, proposing pricing, negotiating, and closing deals.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing, Campaign Management, and other teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  5. Coordinate global account discussions with international counterparts.
  6. Represent the customer internally to secure long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in digital media at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech vendor.
  2. Proven ability to prospect, propose, and close new business.
  3. Experience within the Programmatic ecosystem.
  4. Established relationships with marketing decision-makers at leading brands and agencies.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Growth mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Self-motivated, eager to learn, passionate about advertising.
