Adsurdly is a performance marketing agency in the Annapolis/DC area focused on delivering exclusive, compliant legal leads. We seek a seasoned sales leader who can close new law firm clients on month-to-month terms, manage a growing inbound pipeline, and drive revenue through a disciplined, data-driven approach.

You’ll take ownership of inbound leads, build relationships with law firms, and train to perform discovery calls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in legal, specifically in digital marketing solutions with evidence of independently managing, developing, and closing new client relationships while achieving over 5k in MRR.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound leads and book appointments daily across law firms nationwide.
• Create and build relationships with hundreds of law firms and maintain the client base.
• Senior guidance: learn to run discovery calls by listening to senior reps.
• Consistently follow up and maintain CRM hygiene to close deals.

If you've been in legal marketing sales for a while, you're probably tired of selling things that don't work. At Adsurdly, we've spent the last five years investing in-house to deliver world-class results on month-to-month contracts. That means if we stop performing, our clients walk and we'd be the first to tell them to. Compared with the legacy brands, that's a terrifying way to run a business. The Job

You're closing new law firm clients with exclusive, TCPA-compliant lead generation across PI, MVA, mass tort, workers' comp, SSDI, and bankruptcy. Not impressions. Not "brand visibility." Not a directory profile that ranks third for their own name.

Real intake calls from real claimants, delivered exclusively to one firm priced so the math works for both sides. Your buyer is a managing partner or intake director who has been burned by three vendors before you. Or has paid one of them for a decade and it's "just good enough." They've bought shared leads that six other firms also bought. They've signed twelve-month agreements they couldn't get out of by month four. They are, reasonably, skeptical.

Adsurdly does everything in-house for this reason. And we've never needed a formal sales team until now, because our growth has been purely organic. Now, we have more calls and requests than we know how to handle, and need a leader to help us get to the next stage.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Take All Our Inbound Leads: We book appointments every day through our B2B ads with law firms across the country in a variety of verticals.
• Create & Build Relationships: We work with hundreds of law firms; your job will be to continue building our relationship base.
• Set the bar. Senior means senior. New reps will learn how to run a discovery call by listening to yours.

• You're comfortable being measured. Our clients grade us monthly. We grade ourselves the same way.
• You do the unglamorous part. The follow-up, the CRM hygiene, the seventh touch on a firm that finally picks up in March. Consistency beats charisma over a quarter.

What We Don't Do

• Twelve-month contracts that trap clients who aren't getting results
• Shared leads sold to five firms at once
• Ping-pong tables in lieu of compensation
• Base salary: 75,000–130,000. Wide on purpose, where you land depends on experience and what you bring in the door with you.
• Uncapped commission, structured so a strong year is genuinely a strong year.

What We Expect From You

• Quota: Consistently exceed 5k MRR targets and close deals with a solution-based sales approach.
• Ramp: Achieve full quota by month three of your start date.
• Training: Complete a three-week training program with our sales enablement and training team, followed by continuous education
• Requirements: Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience in legal, specifically in digital marketing solutions with evidence of independently managing, developing, and closing new client relationships while achieving over 5k in MRR.
