Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 11+ years of experience in the BPM industry.
• Experience in sales/relationship management within BPM.
• Experience in CRL industry preferred.
• Ability to develop proposals and SOWs.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in the U.S. and possess work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Enhance market share via market development and competitive analysis in the CRL segment.
• Open diverse service lines within the account.
• Prepare proposals and SOWs for the portfolio.
• Provide business-led view on contract negotiations.
• Identify opportunities with different departments to expand Infosys footprint.
• Maintain healthy client relationships.
