Job summary

Clouted is hiring an Account Strategist to deliver S-tier strategy across Clouted’s client accounts. This is a senior, client-facing role: you own the strategic arc of an account end-to-end - from winning proposals, to overseeing execution, to communicating reporting and data back to the client.

You’ll be the strategic partner our clients trust and the connective tissue between what we sell and what we deliver.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in account/client strategy, growth, or campaign strategy - agency, creator-economy, or high-growth startup.
• Proven track record leading client accounts and designing campaigns that drove measurable results.
• Excellent communication and deck-building skills. - Has a deep understanding of marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and how brands, artists, and creators grow in 2026.
• Experience in music, gaming, or entertainment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction for your book of client accounts across clipping, fan pages, UGC, and paid.
• Serve as the senior strategic point of contact — the person clients look to for the plan and the “why.”
• Translate each client’s growth goals into a concrete, measurable distribution strategy.
• Build S-tier strategy proposals, pitch decks, and scopes that win and expand accounts.
• Partner with commercial/BD on pricing, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Oversee campaign execution across creative and ops, ensuring delivery stays true to the strategy.
• Steer in-flight adjustments when performance data calls for it.
• Own the reporting narrative to clients — turn performance data into a clear, compelling story of impact.
• Define success metrics and reporting frameworks per account.
