Title: Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines

Location: Fully Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zones)

Book Focus: General, Condos, Construction, Contractors, Hospitality, Property, Real Estate, Restaurants

About the Role:

Assist the account team with administrative tasks, customer service, and meeting performance standards. Ensure accuracy and compliance, resolving routine issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support team activities and office administration.
• Handle policy processing including endorsements, audits, cancellations, and renewals.
• Manage billing, policy forms, submissions, and online rating.
• Maintain accurate data in agency systems and monitor activity completion.
• Communicate workload and issues to the team.

• Seek continuous improvement and stay updated on policies.
