Job Description

Title: Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines
Location: Remote (for Florida Residents, based out of Miami, FL)
Book Focus: General with Condos

Role Overview

Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, working under the guidance of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer. Manage small to moderately complex accounts, ensuring standards are met and liabilities are minimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily team activities and workflow.
• Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business processes, including client research, underwriting, proposals, and policy binding.
• Review contracts for proper coverage inclusion.
• Monitor and collect on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Ensure timely activity completion and communicate effectively with the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
• Seek continuous improvement and demonstrate integrity and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
