Job Description

Title: Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines
Location: Remote (Florida Residents Only; based out of Miami, FL)
Focus: Condos, Construction

Role Overview

Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under the supervision of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer. Ensure standards are met, manage small or less complex accounts, and resolve customer service issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily activities of support staff and team members.
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related tasks.
• Support new and renewal business processes, including client research, underwriting, proposals, and policy binding.
• Review contracts for proper coverage inclusion.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Maintain agency management and carrier systems for data accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of activities and maintain clear communication with the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Seek continuous improvement and demonstrate company values.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; CISR designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
