Location: Remote (Florida Residents Only; based out of Miami, FL)
Focus: Condos, Construction
Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, under the supervision of an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer. Ensure standards are met, manage small or less complex accounts, and resolve customer service issues independently.
