Job summary

Greyson Clothiers seeks an experienced Accessories Design & Product Development leader to drive the development of our Men’s and Women’s accessories. You will oversee concept translation, technical specs, and end-to-end production alignment from design to market.

The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of accessories, strong product instincts, and the ability to manage multiple categories and timelines while partnering with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and external vendors to meet

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in accessories design/product development/technical design
• Hands-on experience developing accessories from concept to production
• Strong understanding of construction, materials, and manufacturing methods

Responsibilities

• Own design and development execution for Men’s and Women’s Accessories.
• Translate concepts into clear technical specs and product requirements.
• Lead development lifecycle from concept through sampling, approvals, and production.
