Job summary

Greyson Clothiers is expanding its Men’s Product Development team in the Detroit metro area. The role blends design collaboration with development responsibilities, offering growth opportunities for passionate professionals in apparel and product creation.

You will work with design, merchandising, production, sales, and vendor partners to ensure quality, performance, and elevated aesthetics across Greyson products. The position is hybrid and commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

Experience in product development, apparel, fashion design, merchandising, production, or related discipline.
Understanding of the apparel product lifecycle from concept to production.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support and manage the product development lifecycle from concept through production approval.
Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, and Production to execute seasonal product strategies.
Create, update, and maintain product specs, tech packs, development records and documentation.
Track milestones, samples, approvals, and deliverables against the calendar.
Coordinate prototypes, samples, and SMS development and tracking.
Participate in product reviews, fit sessions, and sample evaluations.
Communicate with vendors on materials, timelines, pricing, and development needs.
