Job summary

Riot Games in Los Angeles seeks a QA Engineer III on the Accessibility team to ensure high‑quality, inclusive experiences. You will own accessibility quality across the product lifecycle and partner across product, engineering, design, UX, research, production, compliance, and QA teams.

You will perform accessibility testing, guide risk mitigation, and build repeatable practices, tools, metrics, and training to embed accessibility from the start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience with product delivery.
• Experience with accessibility testing and remediation guidance.
• Proficient with assistive technologies and input methods.
• Experience using Jira/Confluence for test management.

Responsibilities

• Define accessibility test approaches and integrate into QA strategy.
• Plan, execute manual and automated accessibility testing across platforms.
• Test with screen readers and assistive input methods.
• Translate findings into user stories and remediation guidance.
• Coach teams on accessibility test design and reporting.
• Communicate status and risks across distributed teams.
