Job summary

Enterprise Engineering Inc. (EEI) seeks a Senior Accessibility Lead to drive accessible digital product delivery across the organization.

You will partner with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and Engineers to embed accessibility throughout the lifecycle, strengthen audit readiness, guide remediation, and improve accessibility at scale. The role requires deep WCAG knowledge, experience with assistive technologies, and testing across web, iOS, and Android.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to evaluate digital experiences from an end-user perspective and advocate for accessible outcomes.
• Experience testing with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and keyboard-only navigation.
• Solid understanding of WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 (A/AA) and WAI-ARIA.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive accessibility alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead point of contact for accessibility across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate accessibility reviews across digital solutions and route work effectively.
• Ensure front-end features are reviewed for accessibility and aligned to requirements.
• Translate findings into actionable feedback for remediation.
• Facilitate review sessions to align on findings, risks, and priorities.
• Monitor defect trends and identify recurring issues and training needs.
• Revalidate remediated defects across web, iOS, and Android.
• Coach teams on accessibility acceptance criteria during development and testing.
