Job summary

University of California, Davis is seeking a Facilities Access and Security Systems leader to oversee the planning, installation, testing, and maintenance of all security systems including key management, door hardware, and SEOS/mobile credentials. You will collaborate with campus partners to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic upgrades aligned with LRDP and future housing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facility/construction management, computer sciences, or related field.
• Experience reviewing technical data and construction documents for access and security systems, doors, hardware, and maintenance manuals.
• Experience managing, administering, developing/testing and repairing door access control systems and related hardware.
• Experience supervising multiple trade union staff and budget leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
