Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Commercial Security Senior Service Technician to service, maintain and diagnose access control and IP video systems at commercial sites. The role requires 5+ years of field experience, knowledge of major security platforms, and ability to obtain state licenses where required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in security systems.
• Licenses or ability to obtain state-specific licenses for alarm installation.
• Understanding of Windows OS and IT network topology.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics on access control equipment and IP video systems.
• Travel to commercial client sites; troubleshoot installations and apply effective resolutions.
• Document issues and maintain CAD/electrical schematics awareness.
• Provide remote diagnostic support and interact with customers.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 16 ft; on-call for emergencies.
