Job summary

C2 Technology Group is seeking an experienced Access Control Installer in Birmingham, AL. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot systems such as Lenel, Software House, Genetec, and Honeywell, and manage low-voltage cabling and documentation.

Responsibilities include site surveys, coordinating with project teams, and performing testing and commissioning. Must have 3+ years in the field, read English well, and be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Company vehicle may be provided for certain roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of verifiable experience installing and servicing access control systems.
• Familiarity with Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Honeywell, or similar.
• Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience installing and servicing access control systems
• Familiarity with industry-recognized platforms (Lenel, Software House, Genetec, Honeywell, or similar)
• Experience with low-voltage cabling and termination practices
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and perform basic math
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs, work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
• Verifiable experience and character references required
