Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery appointments.
• Control access for staff, contractors, and visitors; maintain logs of arrivals and access activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site leadership as directed.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
