Job summary

SmartRent is seeking an Advanced Systems Integrator to lead access control and Wi-Fi conversion projects across the United States. You will travel to properties, manage contractors, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver reliable SmartRent solutions for property managers and residents.

The role requires hands-on installation and troubleshooting of access control and networking systems, plus strong communication and leadership to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in low-voltage access control system installations.
• Experience coordinating projects and/or managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Onsite service: Travel to properties to conduct service calls, troubleshoot, and maintain SmartRent systems.
• Contractor management: Oversee contractors and their crews onsite, ensuring alignment with SmartRent standards.
• Client relationship management: Prioritize client needs and maintain open communication with property managers and stakeholders.
• Project coordination: Plan schedules for onsite projects and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Cross-functional communication: Engage with sales, field managers, support, product, and developers to ensure alignment.
• Process improvement: Provide feedback to enhance documentation and processes.
• Documentation: Write clear documentation about technical subjects and procedures.
