ROYCE PARKING CONTROL SYSTEMS is seeking a seasoned field service technician specializing in gate automation, access control, and CCTV. You will troubleshoot and service existing systems at client sites, perform inspections, and document activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in access control and low-voltage installations, strong mechanical skills, and solid networking know-how to configure IP devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in access control, low-voltage, or gate operators
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand/power tools
• Basic computer networking and IP configuration
• Positive attitude and reliable driving record

Responsibilities

• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot access control systems (gate operators, card readers, door strikes, CCTV)
• Perform regular inspections to ensure optimal functionality
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls
• Provide technical support to clients on system usage
