ROYCE PARKING CONTROL SYSTEMS is seeking a seasoned field service technician specializing in gate automation, access control, and CCTV. You will troubleshoot and service existing systems at client sites, perform inspections, and document activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in access control and low-voltage installations, strong mechanical skills, and solid networking know-how to configure IP devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in access control, low-voltage, or gate operators
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand/power tools
• Basic computer networking and IP configuration

Responsibilities

We are a 50+ year old security systems integrator specializing in gate automation, access control systems, and CCTV. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual with extensive knowledge of the security industry. You should be well-versed in mechanical and low-voltage systems and be able to troubleshoot various access control equipment/manufacturers.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing access control systems (phone entry systems, gate operators, card readers, door strikes, RFID antennas, cameras, etc.).


• Perform regular inspections of installed systems to ensure optimal functionality.


• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.


• Answer questions and provide technical support to clients on the use of their access control system.

Requirements include:

• Previous experience in access control, low-voltage, gate operators or other related fields (Minimum of 5+ years).


• Computer networking and basic IP configuration.


• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively.


• Positive attitude.


• A strong IT background is preferred.


• Extremely detailed and organized
