Tetra is seeking a Senior Low Voltage Systems Integration Specialist to join our North Richland Hills, TX operations team. This on-site role focuses on programming, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting advanced access control, CCTV, and AV systems.

You will own system testing before deployment, provide remote support, and help improve technical standards across the organization. Strong networking, VPN, and firmware experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in low-voltage systems integration or related field.
• Advanced hands-on experience configuring and programming commercial access control systems.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, IP cameras, and VMS.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DHCP, IP addressing, managed switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Working knowledge of commercial A/V systems, control programming, and system integrations.
• Experience integrating access control, surveillance, intercom, and other low-voltage technologies.
• Ability to read wiring diags, network schematics, and system drawings.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work on-site in North Richland Hills, TX.

Responsabilités

• Configure, program, and test low-voltage systems before installation.
• Pre-build and program access control panels, user credentials, permissions, and controller logic.
• Configure CCTV systems, IP cameras, VMS, and recording equipment.
• Set up network infrastructure including VLANs, switches, IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Program A/V processors, control systems, intercoms, and gate operator integrations.
• Integrate multiple technologies for access control, surveillance, intercom, and fire alarm interfaces.
• Install firmware updates, verify compatibility, and create backups.
• Perform bench testing and simulate conditions before deployment.
• Verify all systems are fully programmed, functional, tested, and documented before leaving the office.
• Provide advanced remote support and field troubleshooting for installations in DFW/Austin/San Antonio.
• Diagnose and resolve network conflicts, programming errors, hardware issues, and system integration failures.
• Guide field techs through troubleshooting to reduce downtime and service calls.
• Develop and maintain detailed system documentation and backups.
• Stay current with manufacturer updates and industry best practices.
