Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando seeks a senior clinical researcher to ensure IRB-aligned project execution and to mentor scientists, residents, fellows, and learners. You will lead curriculum development for system-wide research education and collaborate with academic leaders to advance research utilization in practice.

You will drive protocol design, data analysis, and dissemination while fostering a culture of inquiry and continuous improvement within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

RN preferred and research-focused doctorate required.
Proven ability to mentor clinical students and faculty.
Experience in leading educational and research initiatives.

Responsibilities

Ensure research projects meet IRB/OSP rules and align with institutional goals.
Develop curriculum for system-wide research education and mentor learners.
Lead and collaborate with academic faculty on research utilization and practice.
Analyze data, report results, and support grant applications.
Provide leadership to support design, development, and evaluation of clinical research.
