Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando seeks an experienced clinical research leader to supervise day-to-day operations, manage staffing and performance, and serve as a resource for the research team. You will collaborate with operations and external partners to ensure timely study start-up and compliant clinical procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in clinical research, with 5+ years in progressively responsible roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
2+ years of experience in clinical research.
5+ clinical research experience with increasing people management responsibilities.
SOCRA CCRP or ACRP CCRC preferred; BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages delivery of safe care with regard for patient dignity.
Supervises day-to-day activities of the clinical research team and staffing schedules.
Leads talent acquisition, team development, and performance management for research staff.
Develops and enforces SOPs; provides training and mentorship to team members.
Oversees study coordination, planning, organizing, and management of protocols.
