Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years' experience in college/university setting as instructor, advisor, tutor, mentor or administrator.
• Commitment to advising, mentoring, and guiding college students.
• Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and advise undeclared undergraduates on major choice and curriculum requirements.
• Coordinate with Career Services for internships and employment opportunities.
• Support New Student Orientation, First Year Experience, and undergraduate retention initiatives.
• Develop and update advising resources and maintain Tufts Bulletin content.
