Responsibilities

• Analyze credit and legal risks, model cash flows, review documents, and formulate rating opinions.
• Lead rating committees and present analysis of risks and structuring impacts.
• Engage with arrangers, issuers, investors, and external legal experts for market dialogue.
• Represent team in reviews, investor meetings, and industry events.
• Write clear, insightful research and in-depth reports on credit issues.
• Undertake special projects including data analytics and AI-driven efficiency improvements.
