Job summary

Odyssey in the United States is seeking a Mid-Level Command and Control (C2) Test Engineer to support the 46 Test Squadron at Eglin AFB, FL under the TMAS III contract. The role focuses on developing and executing system-of-systems tests for ABADS and battle management, with hands-on lab and field work, travel up to 30% CONUS/OCONUS, and close collaboration with program offices and contractors.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required and an active Security clearance is needed.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field with 3–10 years of applicable experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Experience with DoD Joint Fires Coordination systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a member of the 46 TS C2 Test Team.
• Interface with SPOs, services, labs, contractors, and FSRs.
• Plan, execute, and report on C2 systems testing.
• Develop and manage test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Travel to test locations and conduct data reduction.
• Prepare technical briefings and presentations.
