Ramsey Solutions in Franklin, TN is seeking a senior B2B marketing professional to own SmartDollar's enterprise-growth strategy. You will lead demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement for Jumbo and Enterprise accounts, collaborating with Sales and the Account Executive to turn qualified leads into booked opportunities.

This on-site role offers a salary range of $75,000–$105,000 plus profit sharing and benefits, relocation assistance available, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with ownership of demand generation, enterprise marketing, ABM or related areas.
• Experience partnering with Sales on account strategy, pipeline growth, and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot or MCAE for lead routing and scoring.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-growth strategy for SmartDollar's highest-value accounts, primarily Jumbo and Enterprise.
• Build demand-generation, ABM, named-account nurture, and sales-enablement plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and the Account Executive to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
