Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking an experienced ABM leader to build and elevate Elastic's account-based marketing practice within Executive and ABM Marketing Programs. This player-coach role defines ABM standards, develops marketers, and partners with Executive Programs to drive executive relationships, pipeline, and revenue.

You will lead a team of ABM managers, coach them, and evangelize ABM across field marketing, sales, SDRs, and customer success, delivering executive readouts on

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.
• Consistent track record building ABM frameworks, playbooks, or centers of excellence.
• Strong people leadership skills with distributed teams.
• Deep expertise with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Userled) and the martech stack.
• Excellent executive communication translating ABM strategy into business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Define Elastic's ABM vision, playbooks, and maturity roadmap across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
• Establish governance: account selection criteria, tier methodology, ICP scoring, cross-functional norms.
• Build ABM knowledge hub with plays, findings, procedures.
• Responsible for ABM tech stack adoption and ROI.
