Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• 5–15 years of robotics, automation, and manufacturing engineering experience.
• Extensive hands-on ABB robot programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and commission ABB robots and work cells.
• Troubleshoot robot, controls, and automation issues.
• Diagnose downtime and support manufacturing operations.
• Develop and optimize ABB robot programs for processes.
• Integrate robots with PLCs, vision systems, sensors, conveyors.
• Lead validation, testing, startup, and commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement for cycle time, quality, safety, and OEE.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop standard work and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, controls, quality, maintenance, and product engineering.
