Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems integration experience within automation
• Expertise in Rockwell Studio 5000 and ABB RobotStudio
• Deep knowledge of servo motion, vision, networking, and safety standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineering
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept to client sign-off
• Program and simulate ABB robotic paths with RobotStudio
• Develop PLC logic and HMI using Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk
• Configure industrial Ethernet networks bridging components
• Design and implement safety interlocks per ISO/RIA standards
• Integrate vision systems (Cognex, Keyence) with motion and EOAT
• Lead site deployments and SAT handoffs with clients
