Job summary

Moderna seeks a senior SAP BTP Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable SAP solutions across ABAP, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, and RAP/CAP. You’ll work with architects and cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade extensions and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will design modern SAP applications on BTP, ensure governance, and drive production readiness while mentoring teammates and enabling scalable solutions across the SAP landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP development experience, including deep ABAP expertise
• 3+ years of SAP BTP development and extensibility
• Strong ABAP design skills (RICEFW, enhancements, APIs, interfaces) and debugging in S/4HANA

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP solutions across ABAP, BTP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CAP
• Contribute to clean-core and side-by-side extension strategies with standards and patterns
• Build and support SAP BTP apps using Business Application Studio, HANA Cloud, Integration Suite
• Create SAP Fiori/UI5 applications with responsive UX
• Collaborate with architects, functional teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide production support, reviews, and governance to ensure high-quality delivery
• Troubleshoot S/4HANA and BTP issues and guide teams to resolution
• Support integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms via APIs and middleware
