Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours of ABA experience.
• Advanced clinical competence; certification/licensure as required by local policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients as directed using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions and provide alternate coverage.
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians.
• Follow all client treatment and safety processes and procedures as instructed.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability.
