LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Managing Technician Autism Spectrum Therapies in Victorville, CA. You will provide clinical direction to Behavior Technicians under supervision, help modify protocols, and ensure fidelity in treatment delivery.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, data collection, and adherence to safety and company policies, with opportunities to grow within a supportive ABA network.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2,000 hours ABA experience required.
• Enrollment in a Master’s program for ABA or related field acceptable.
• Certification, registration and/or license as required by local statutes/policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical direction to behavior technicians under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family treatment guidance.
• Deliver behavior treatment by protocol using Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Attend scheduled treatment sessions and provide alternate coverage.
• Provide clinical support, mentoring and coaching to technicians.
• Follow client treatment and safety procedures.
• Document services accurately and timely per company policy.
• Collect and record data with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete administrative duties and mandatory trainings.
