Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop plans, and supervise technicians across center, home, school, and telehealth settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and payers, adherence to ABA best practices, and maintaining high-quality documentation.

The position is salaried, full-time, with onsite, hybrid, and remote opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in psychology or ABA.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal patient outcomes through clinical judgment.
• Develop, maintain and update treatment plans monthly.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Coordinate care across center, home, school, and telehealth settings.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and data tracking.
