Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II in San Marcos, CA. You will oversee clinical aspects of treatment, develop plans, train caregivers, and coach technicians across settings including center, home, school, or telehealth.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and ASD experience. Travel to various sites may be required; HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the BACB.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
• Must pass tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and supervise implementation.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Summarize and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust protocols.
• Coordinate care with other professionals inside and outside the organization.
• Communicate treatment response to caregivers and payers.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain documentation.
